A very classical route, starting from Preit, perhaps the tour in the Maira Valley most people go to, because this rout is safe after snowfalls and the slopes are easy to ski along, suitable to all requirements.
The path winds through a larch grove (Boschetto), once you have gone out on open ground you will have have the evident spike of Rocca dell’Aquila on the right hand side and reach the flat top of Monte GIobert easily.
